Olympus TrueView Direct, is the first Autoclavable integrated camera system designed to simplify procedures by featuring single-hand control of all user interfaces. The scope-holding hand has full control over image rotation, all three remote switches and even both stopcocks. This makes arthroscopy seamless as the other hand can now remain on the shaver or ablation device throughout the entire case. In addition, the special sheath design prevents the distal sapphire tip from getting damaged by collisions with any resection devices. Moreover, Olympus guarantees long-term autoclavability.
